Aisha DaCosta Founder and CEO of I AM O'Kah! Inc.
Aisha DaCosta is a philanthropist, socio-economic justice activist and first-generation American in full pursuit of actualizing the American dream. After serving 14 years in the United States Air Force, Aisha returned to civilian life with a desire to impact the lives of those in her community.
Through her not-for-profit, I AM O'Kah!, Aisha helps Baltimore City high school students use entrepreneurship and investing reasoning to make better decisions about college and their future careers. I AM O'Kah! connects students with mentors, internships and dual-enrollment opportunities in an effort to increase their competitiveness for college and their future careers. Aisha is passionate about helping students connect to lucrative tech-enabled careers while building financial security.
Ted is the Chief Technology Officer at Allovue where he leads the development of the signature product, Balance. Ted has a unique make-up of design, user experience, and software engineering. He completed his undergraduate degree at Towson University through the Visual Communications program, and attended graduate school at UMBC with a dual focus on Information Systems and Human-Centered Computing. Ted has worked with more than a hundred companies across all industry sectors, from startups to Fortune 100 companies; including Amazon, Citi, and JP Morgan Chase.
In addition, Ted mentors students at The Odyssey School, which serves students with language learning differences, in technology such as Raspberry Pi's.
Delali is Founder and President of Fearless Solutions, a software firm based out of Baltimore. Delali is a Certified Scrum Master and PMP® with a decade of experience leading agile software teams and programs. Delali graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from UMBC in 2004. Delali always had a passion for entrepreneurship and after working at a handful of technology firms, he founded Fearless in 2009.
Delali strives to make a difference in technology and his surrounding community. He currently resides with his family in Baltimore City, where he is passionate about increasing the rate of city youth heading into STEM based fields.
